If you are experiencing difficulties, we are going to face them together. While unpleasant emotional states and cognitive challenges are part of everyone’s lives, they should generally not dominate one’s life or limit one’s range of possible experiences. Together, we are going to look for causes of, and strategies for dealing with, any of the following:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Difficulties concentrating
  • Anger
  • Addiction
  • Interpersonal conflict
  • Grief

Through structured conversation, we will clarify the subject and discuss what approach suits the situation best. From meditation to dietary modification to sleep quality or digital well-being - sometimes there are straightforward practical interventions that can be helpful. In other cases, already a combination of structured self-reflection and theoretical consideration of relevant psychological concepts can alleviate distress. Generally speaking, My method is aligned with the principles of systemic psychotherapy, and I aim to always give advice based on current scientific knowledge.

At the moment I am offering the conseling in two different ways: We can meet in nature for a Walk-and-Talk (Leipzig and surrounding areas), or we can talk online through a video call.
